I'm starting this group as a workshop/buddyfinder for people with social anxiety who want to find socially anxious "buddies" for mutual support and encouragement overcoming specific fears.

BUDDY LIST - I've just added a database where you can list yourself, and the type of buddy you're looking for. Say as much or as little as you want. I just put it up but this should grow in time.

MESSAGE BOARDS-E-MAIL LIST - At this point, I'm hoping to use the message boards (and maybe chat) to get a few people together to work closely on developing some personal goals, and sharing successes, failures, advice and support.
