Welcome to the New Panic Attack Group. It is meant to be the continuation for the old Panic Attack Help group since they no longer have an owner. We are here to offer support without judgment for people that are suffering with panic,anxiety,agoraphobia and depression. This group has been created to be a place where we can all share our experiences and understanding with each other in a friendly and supportive environment. We are not doctors here just people like you who can relate to what you are going through. We will not tolerate any cruel criticism.
