by Muscle-tech (http://www.muscletech.com/CELL-Tech.asp). they say
its 19 times better than creatine, actually i was planning to take up
creatine,, ive check out the price @ GNC and it was so expensive,,
thats why i backup, i wanna purchase creatine from base6ix coz its
much cheaper than the one thay have in GNC (i think EAS was the
company), but i cant have creatine from base6six coz im far, im not
in the phil,, so i bump up with this "cell-tech" its very cheap, and
ive visited their site,, and ive read infos about it,,,and it says
thats its better than a regular creatine. i was thinkin,, if its
better, why its cheaper?.. have anyone of u tried it? thanks...hope

inquired at some of the hotels here but they tend to be very
expensive.  would appreciate it if you could provide info on a venue
that has good cardio equipment (treadmill, stairclimber, rowing
machine, etc.) but charges less than sr500/month, if possible.

Hey Eric,

Thanks for joining us. About ur query about celltech, it is
micronized creatine monohydrate. Its a known fact that Creatine is
insoluble (cannot dissolve) in water. Thus regular creatine
monohydrate is kinda rough and course. Micronized Creatine
Monohydrate (MCM) is also insoluble in water. But since it has been
to another process of micronization it can be suspended in water,
thus making it look it is dissolved in water. Another thing about
celltech is that it has some sugar (glucose) that helps in the
absorption of creatine from the stomach, thats why it has a high
rate of effectivity compared to the "regular" CM.

Ironpinoy will be coming up with its version of MCM and will be
wholly imported from the US. Its about 900 pesos per 300 gms bottle.
Last year i used the CM of GNC - their pro performance brand. Since
i know its insoluble in water, I just take it to the mouth, and
drink water. Now i m testing this Ironpinoy brand and i gained about
10 lbs in a month after a year of the initial creatine. And I m
keeping my gains. I usually mix it in water only. And it does
dissolve (suspend) in water with no residues at the bottom.

Now why it is celltech is cheaper, i really dont know... maybe the
way they produce it is cheap.

Please be reminded that u have to drink lots of water. So it may not
be hard to your kidneys.

that cost less than 500 riyals.. ive tried at condor gym (300/month)
also at althetes sport(300/month). the instructors are pinoy. so
thats it...

As to Nitrotech... yeah... sabi daw its much better than ordinary
whey. Its used by shawn rhoden. I still have to try it, since i also
asked around and grabe daw ang effectiveness.

The event yesterday (Feb 10, sunday) was jam-packed as usual, at the
Pope Pius theater in UN Avenue Manila. It was another history for
the PBSF event. Contestants totalled 150 competitors, the biggest
competitor participation in philippine bodybuilding history.

OK... referee here... As what Joey said, yes I have found one such
post and have not approved it for general posting - it is misleading
and soliciting is not allowed here. Although I did not make any
actions on the said person (email) it is really "no big deal." White
phanther is right, somebody will try and make a fuss out of it and
bottomline, it is NOTHING.

I know its not right treating a person with such disrespect, but
first that person show respect to the people whom he is with.

So i should suggest that u two kiss and make up :) LOL

What's so bad about it anyway, it's *only* emails, what's the worst that can happen?

If those straight bodybuilder guys engage in dirty conversations via internet with people they think are women (but are really gay men pretending) then it's no different to phone sex services.

Those ads that you see with big breasted woman and you can pay on credit card for a dirty chat with them, those women aren't the big breasted women in the advertisement that you talk to you know. But remember it goes both ways, if straight guys *are* using the ironpinoy forum to pick up girls, (that turn out to be gay guys) then they're just as abominable and desperate anyway I'd say.
