Breast Cancer was not in your list of things that was suppose to make it to your “Agenda in life” Unfortunately it did. It has touch a love one or even yourself and now what? Learning that your mom, other love one, or you have breast cancer can change your life and the lives of those close to you. These changes can be very stressful and very difficult to handle. It is normal for you, your family, and your friends to have many different and sometimes confusing feelings. When others find out some may get lots of attention, support, etc for a few days. But as the days, become weeks, and months and years many forget that you continue to need support. Others expect you to feel better in three days and continue with life... No one seems to understand that you have been touch in one way or another with this awful disease and your life will never , ever be the same.
It is important you have a place where you can express your fears, experiences, concerns and ask your questions. It is my hope that this group will be all that and more for you. Stay strong and remember help, support , prayers and encouragement is only one post away.
