This forum is open to certified teachers of Ruthy Alon's Movement Intelligence
modalities: Bones For Life ® , Bones For Life in Chairs ® , Mindful Eating , and
Walk for Life, and for participants in authorized certification training programs
of these modalities who have completed the basic level training or have the
approval of their trainers to participate.

Bones For Life ®, Bones For Life in Chairs ®, and Walk for Life teachers conduct
classes and give private lessons teaching how the use of natural movement and
weight-bearing posture can stimulate bone strength and promote bone health.
Ruthy Alon's Movement Intelligence modalities, including BFL ®, are based on
Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais' approach to somatic learning.

To join our community, please provide your name, location, the dates of
your BFL (or other) training and the name of your trainer. Your application
cannot be processed until we have sufficient information to confirm your
status as a Movement Intelligence teacher.
