These bad things happening to you are not your fault, nor do you deserve it-(those old messages are lies shame when someone is "even parents" are trying to control you).
It is an internal message of "I AM WRONG" that even your parents told "you broke the house/my rules", "you are suppose to be a certain way" and told you that "you are wrong", "your are bad", and "you deserve bad things for you now".
But now we are here to remove that shame of "I AM WRONG" and break free from the abuse and control.
We are learning to make our own decissions in life, learning to do things for ourselves, learning from our own mistakes and learning to stand up for ourselves too.
